Marvin Joseph Hill was found guilty of the May 2006 death of Christina Jeanette Eubanks.. Prosecutors said Hill, 49, used a stun gun to disable the 29-year-old woman when she turned down his sexual advances, raped her and then killed her by hitting her head repeatedly with her own toilet tank lid.
